Well my bags are packed, i'm one sleepless night away from being ready to go... What did this vacation teach me? First, my life is an episode of Six Feet Under when i come to Edmonton. Everything must be tiptoed around and/or embarassingly dove into or the world crashes down. There's no happy medium here. "Cameron , do you have any special friends in B.C. you'd like to share with us?" *shudder* Second, i do miss my friends but in emotional ways. Wierd ways i dont even understand. i feel good to be around them but i'm not jumping out of my skin excited and i think that offended some. Its an adjustment i'll have to deal with. Third, when people say "nothing at all has happened" it means you must dig like a fucking bastard to find out what actually did happen. Things happened which must be rooted out and figured into the picture or shit just dosnt work. fourth, i love my B.C. friends. Sure , they arent exactly my type and grate on me from time to time but by golly they are cute. Fifth, My life is good now. In B.C. i'm happy almost every day. I forgot about how miserable i was sometimes until i came back home. That dosnt mean i dont want to come back, its just good to reconnect with that and understand what i have is so good. Sixth, Vic made us old fogeys. We were forced into crazy stupid pseudo-maturity which did make us more functional/smart/morose people but we do have some crazy vietnam vet-esque common bond of inner oldness that makes us stick together. Vic kids should stick together. very important. Seventh. Dont tell the parents what i want for christmas, do tell the other relatives. Eight. I need a relationship badly. I'm such a child there.Sorry for sounding so clinical but Everyone is growing emotionally and i remain stunted but in a way people assume is mature. with friends getting married and pregnant and in long term commitments i dont want to be the bachelor. I'm still working there. Nine. My friends are still my friends. Nobody is a douchebag. Get addicted to cocaine if you want you fuckers , just dont die on me. You make me laugh Ten. Its important to come home , but golly , next holiday season i'm only coming for a couple weeks. Well , goodnight. Tomorrow my room returns to guestroom status and then Sunday begins being occupied by my aunt. I'll soon slip into updating this less because of other commitments but i'll try to keep it up a bit now i know people still are reading out there. If you ever want to visit sunny B.C., my door is always open and i always have sleeping bags ready. Hell i live in a place full of horny college kids, how can you say no? See you on the flip side CAM
